Paper Alignment Conveyer

Conveyer belt design - Designed for use in the magazine or newspaper industry as a means to align the books for further processing or packagaing.
Conveyer Skeleton - The design of the products main component, all other components attach to this skeleton to create the final product.
 
Conveyer Paddle - These paddles were the main focus of the product, they aligned the paper, tapping it into place, they are moved by the rotating turntables underneath.
Turntable Base - This component acts as a table for the paddles and turntables to rotate on, the holes allow the components to be attached to the motor's underneath.
Other components used in the design consist of rollers and belt for the large conveyer as well as a large Parvalux motor and gearbox to power it. A small pair of motors are used to power the alignment paddle.
